3D Motion Designer (Open)

Job Introduction

We’re looking for a Visual Designer with a strong focus on 3D and motion design to craft captivating visuals that elevate user experiences. If you have expertise in creating dynamic designs using tools like Blender, Spline, or Cinema 4D, and you can bring them to life with After Effects, Jitter, or Rive, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual assets for digital campaigns and product experiences.
• Develop engaging animations from concept through final delivery while maintaining a strong sense of storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, brand strategists, and creative leads to translate ideas into impactful motion visuals.
• Build and optimize 3D scenes, lighting, materials, cameras, and rendering workflows.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all motion deliverables.
• Stay up to date with emerging motion design techniques, tools, and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in 3D motion design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D animation and motion work.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, composition, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
• Strong eye for design, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Redshift, Octane, or Cycles rendering engines.
• Knowledge of simulation workflows, particle systems, or procedural animation.
• Experience creating motion for social media, product marketing, or digital-first brands.
