With a project of this scale, being agile is a huge advantage especially because Burgeon Labs was closing $6M in funding after their initial pre-seed investment. Partnering with NEUE WORLD helped them give biweekly updates to their investors and potential investors before this product went into development.

Burgeon Labs initially wanted to release as a proprietary product that will be D2C, but as they started presenting in conferences and seminars; they realized that clinics such as Clinic La Prarie and Longevity Clinics were willing to pay 6-figure pricing to just licence and use this technology and distribute it among their clients.
This pivot was essentially and challenging in building a product's identity and design system that was fluid, neutral and scalable regarding of any brand guidelines of future clinics.
